We're looking for volunteers who share our genuine desire to help others in a time of crisis, and who have strong communication skills. Volunteer Victim Advocates will participate in a comprehensive training program, and will be on call for one week a month with a team of other trained volunteers. Potential volunteers must be willing and able to attend all mandatory training, and pass an enhanced RCMP security clearance. For more information on how you can become a Victim Assistance Advocate, contact Donna at 945-7290 or visit the website at www.airdrievictimassistance.com.
