Village of Beiseker Employment Opportunity

Beiseker Day Camp Director

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, implementing and supervising activities for the Beiseker Day Camp Adventures. This position is from approximately June 1st to September 1st.

Tourist Booth/Museum

Responsibilities include providing information to tourists, promoting Beiseker and area, museum/caboose tours, museum records, some outside maintenance.

Public Works Labourer

This position is based on 40 hours per week, from May - September (approx). Applicants must be in good physical condition and have a valid Class 5 driver's license. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to reading water meters, grass cutting, painting and general maintenance of all Village owned properties and other duties as may be required.

Public Works Summer Employment

Responsibilities include reading water meters, grass cutting, painting and general maintenance of Village owned properties. Applicants must have a valid driver's license.

Administrative Assistant (part-time position)

Reporting to the CAO, this individual will possess the following qualifications:

  • exhibit a high degree of personal initiative together with a positive attitude
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • excellent verbal and written skills
  • strong computer skills

Accounting and payroll experience as well as previous municipal government experience is a definite asset.  Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
